Pittsburg Resident Wins 2009 Cobalt 230 Boat in Second-Chance Drawing

TOPEKA, KAN. – A lucky Kansas Lottery player will be cruisin’ the lakes in style in a brand new luxury boat. Paul Lyle of Pittsburg won a 2009 Cobalt 230 boat in the Cruisin’ & Cash second-chance drawing that was held September 20, at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson.

The grand prize includes a 2009 Cobalt 230 boat, trailer, and boating accessory package, plus all applicable initial taxes and fees for the boat. The Lottery also pays for the mandatory federal and state income withholding taxes on the prize, bringing the total value of the grand prize to approximately $96,000.
