Have Fun at the State Fair with the Kansas Lottery!

TOPEKA, KAN. – The list of great reasons to visit the Kansas Lottery Building at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson seems to get longer each year. Here are some of the highlights of this year’s exciting State Fair giveaways and special promotions.

• Midwest Millions. The Kansas Lottery is launching its third multi-state instant scratch game at the Kansas State Fair. Be among the first to play the $10 Midwest Millions ticket that is being sold only in Kansas and Iowa. The game offers players a chance to win up to $50,000 instantly, or they can enter non-winning Midwest Millions tickets for a chance to win up to $500,000 cash in a second-chance drawing!

• Cruisin’ & Cash. Be sure to enter the $10 Cruisin’ & Cash drawing for a chance to win a 2009 Cobalt 230 boat. The prize also includes a trailer and boating accessory package. The total prize is worth approximately $96,000! Entries are non-winning Cruisin’ & Cash tickets. Purchase and deposit tickets at the Kansas Lottery building up until the drawing at 6 p.m. on Sept. 20. The boat will be on display in front of the Kansas Lottery Building Sept. 11 through Sept. 20.

• Daily Drawings. Get a chance to win $100 by depositing non-winning $1 scratch tickets purchased at the State Fair into a special daily drawing. Five winners will be drawn each day.

• Nightly Game Show. Always a favorite at the State Fair. Players can compete against other contestants each evening for a chance to win up to $50 or valuable gift cards in the Lottery’s Nightly Game Show.

• Keno and Kansas Hold‘Em. Sit at a table, relax and play Keno, or try beating the virtual high hand playing Kansas Hold‘Em. Both games are played every four minutes.

• Spin the Wheel. With any $10 lottery purchase, players get to “spin the wheel” and are guaranteed to win a great Lottery promotional item such as a t-shirt, hat, umbrella, mug, etc.
