• Two drawings will be conducted on August 29, 2008 and November 21, 2008

• A claim form will be sent to the winners of the GARMIN second chance drawings
• The winners as a result of the GARMIN drawings shall claim their prize within 30 days from the date of the corresponding drawing or the person named on the entry will no longer be eligible for the prize. In such an event, the person named on the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner
• Entering this ticket into the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn
