Mailed entries for the first drawing (April 2, 2010) must be received no later than the morning mail pickup in Topeka, KS on Tuesday, March 30, 2010
No later than 5:00 p.m. on this date players may also deposit entries in any receptacle designated by the Lottery
Entries remaining after the first drawing are not eligible for the second drawing.

Mailed entries for the second drawing (August 27, 2010) must be received no later than the morning mail pickup in Topeka, KS on Tuesday, August 24, 2010
No later than 5:00 p.m. on this date players may also deposit entries in any receptacle designated by the Lottery

The winners of the April 2 drawing will receive two tickets to the Road Runner Turbo Indy 300 and the O’Reilly Auto Parts 250 races to be held on May 1 and 2, 2010. The winners of the August 27 drawing will receive two tickets to the Kansas Lottery 300 and the Kansas 400 races to be held on October 2 and 3, 2010.
One double occupancy hotel room and room taxes for Friday and Saturday night
Transportation between the hotel and Kansas Speedway®
Food and other amenities at the Kansas Lottery hospitality chalet at Kansas Speedway®
$400 cash
All applicable mandatory state and federal income withholding taxes
In addition, one of the 40 winners at the October races will win a trip for two to Phoenix International Raceway® to be held in November, 2010. The winners of these trips will also receive an additional $2,500 cash, airfare to and from select cities, ground transportation, and predetermined hotel accommodations. You must be present at these drawings to win.

The first drawing with 40 winners will be conducted on Friday, April 2, 2010. The second drawing with 40 winners will be Friday, August 27, 2010.
Need not be present to win
Winners will be notified by mail, and a claim form will be sent to each set of winners
The winners, as a result of this drawing, shall claim the prize within 14 days from the date of the drawing or the person named on the entry will no longer be eligible for the prize. In such an event, the first eligible alternate entry shall be declared the winner
Players may enter the drawing as often as they wish, but may win only one prize package
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash
Participants must be 18 years of age or older
In the event any race is postponed, changed or canceled in whole or in part, no cash prize substitutions, or other compensation will be provided
Each person who purchases a Lottery ticket agrees to release Kansas Lottery and Kansas Speedway Corporation, its parent and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and sponsors from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in the drawing or with acceptance and use of any prize
Kansas Lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value
