Grand Prize:

• Nine Grand Prize original paintings of Kansas Byways by Stan Herd each valued at $ 4,446.00. Paintings are pictured below.
• All applicable initial taxes and fees for the prize including mandatory federal and state income withholding taxes

General Rules:

• The prize package is subject to the “Official Rules” for this drawing
• One drawing will be conducted November 13, 2009
• Players may enter this drawing as often as they wish but may win only one prize
• A claim form will be sent to the winners of the Painted Byways second chance drawing
• The winners as a result of the Painted Byways drawing shall claim their prizes within 30 days from the date of the corresponding drawing or the person named on the entry will no longer be eligible for the prize. In such an event, the person named on the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner
• Entering this ticket into the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn
• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter the drawing
• Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received
