Scott Stewart of Hutchinson is feeling more alive than ever after winning $75,000 in the Kansas Lottery’s “Day of the Dead” Bonus Cash second-chance promotion!
The promotion started at the beginning of the summer, and Stewart was one of ten finalists who came to the Lottery’s Topeka offices today for the grand finale event.

To become a finalist, Kansas Lottery players entered their non-winning $5 and $10 Day of the Dead instant tickets into PlayOn. Players received one entry per eligible $5 ticket, and two entries per eligible $10 ticket. There were 290,530 total entries in the promotion.
