Entry Details

Between 12:01 AM CT on April 17 and 11:59 PM CT June 11, 2023, Kansas Lottery PlayOn^® members can use their points to enter to win a Country Stampede VIP Concert Package.  PlayOn members may redeem 325 PlayOn points for an entry into this promotion.  Mailed entries will NOT be accepted for the drawing.

PlayOn members must redeem 325 PlayOn points no later than 11:59 pm June 11, 2023 for an entry into this promotion.

Country Stampede VIP Concert Package includes

• VIP tickets for the winner and a guest to each day of the Country Stampede Music Festival at Heartland Park, Topeka (Thursday, July 13; Friday, July 14; Saturday, July 15)
• VIP tickets include access to VIP Club Building, Lunch & Dinner each day, beverages, and climate controlled building
• Reserved seats
• Parking pass
• Meet & Greet passes each day of the Festival (artists and time to be determined)
• $400 cash
• Each prize is valued at approximately $2,250.70
• Kansas Lottery will pay mandatory state ($112.54) and federal ($540.17) income withholding taxes

General Rules

• Must be a Kansas Lottery PlayOn member to participate. It is FREE to join! 
• These prize packages are subject to all Official Rules and restrictions for this drawing, all rules and regulations of the Kansas Lottery, state and federal law.
• Entering the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn.
• An email will be sent to the winner’s email address listed in their PlayOn profile with an electronic claim form attached, followed by the same documentation sent by U.S. mail. Winners must return his or her completed claim form, electronically, by U.S. mail, or hand-delivered to the Kansas Lottery claims center within 10 days from the date of the winner announcement or the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
• Players may enter the drawing as often as they wish but may win only one prize package in each drawing.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to enter, win, or claim a prize.
• Need not be present to win.
• Kansas Lottery is not responsible for electronic malfunction or player error.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
• Kansas Lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximate equal value.
• Written or spoken updates provided by Country Stampede Music Festival may supersede information as written in these rules. Kansas Lottery is not responsible for any or all concert or artist cancellation or change.

Additional Rules and Information

• The Lottery will not offer a cash option to a Country Stampede VIP Concert prize winner.
• Country Stampede VIP Concert Packages include federal and state mandatory income withholding taxes paid by the Lottery.
• If the Country Stampede VIP Concert winner fails to show at the designated time and place for any of the Event activities, including Meet & Greets, that portion of the prize will be forfeited.
• Country Stampede VIP Concert winners who do not elect to take a guest or whose guest does not actually attend the Festival will forfeit that portion of the prize and shall remain subject to reporting and income taxes on the full value of the prize.
• Country Stampede VIP winner must be at least 18 years of age. The winner is solely responsible for the actions of guest(s) accompanying the winner on the trip.
