PlayOn^® members have a chance to win a NASCAR Driving Experience held at KS Speedway on Saturday, October 5, 2019. Following a drivers meeting and safety training with your Crew Chief, winners will get behind the wheel and drive a real NASCAR racecar for timed sessions around the KS Speedway. Winners will drive an actual NASCAR race car that has been formerly raced by Dale Jr., Jimmie Johnson, Kevin Harvick, Tony Stewart or another NASCAR star. There is no pace car to follow and no instructor in the car. Each winner will get one-on-one feedback from a Personal Racing Instructor through an exclusive racing electronics in-car radio communications system. Upon completion of the experience, winners will receive a full-color Graduate Certificate printed with their top speed posted as well as a souvenir-racing license.

ENTRY MECHANISM:

Beginning July 1, 2019, Kansas Lottery PlayOn Loyalty program members can use their PlayOn Points to enter to win a once-in-a-lifetime NASCAR Driving Experience. Each entry requires 255 PlayOn points.

NASCAR Driving Experience Includes:

• Kings Experience consisting of two (2) eight (8) minute driving sessions
• Two (2) 5X7 photos on a large plaque
• Lunch and beverages provided
• $200 Cash
• Taxes paid by Kansas Lottery
• Prize value approximately $1,535

• Winners will be required to sign a Release And Waiver Of Liability, Assumption Of Risk And Indemnity Agreement in order to participate in the NASCAR Driving Experience.
• Submitting an entry into the drawing constitutes authorization to identify publicly the name of the person whose entry is drawn.
• Kansas Lottery retains the right to substitute an alternate prize of approximately equal value.
• Players may enter as often as they wish but may win only one prize for this promotion.
• Need not be present to win.
• Kansas Lottery will execute the drawing for this promotion.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
• There will be one drawing in the NASCAR Driving Experience promotion selecting 10 winners and 5 alternates.
• An email will be sent to the winners' email address in their PlayOn profile with an electronic claim form attached, followed by the same documentation sent by U.S. mail.
• Winners must return completed claim forms electronically, by U.S. mail, or hand-delivered to the Kansas Lottery claims center within 14 calendar days following the date of the drawing or the next eligible entry shall be declared the winner.
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
• In the event any prize awarded for this drawing is postponed, changed, or canceled in whole or in part, no cash prize substitutions or other compensation shall be provided.
