The Kansas Lottery has announced state-owned casinos are allowed to resume state casino operations, at the Manager’s discretion, on Friday, May 22, 2020. The decision was made following Governor Laura Kelly’s May 20 executive order to move the state into a revised Phase 2 of the “Ad Astra: A Plan to Reopen Kansas,” which allows state-operated casinos to resume operations, pending state and local regulatory approval.
