The $100,000 winning Raffle ticket was number 038513 and was sold in the Southeast Lottery region. This region includes the following counties: Chase, Coffey, Anderson, Linn, Greenwood, Woodson, Allen, Bourbon, Elk, Wilson, Neosho, Crawford, Chautauqua, Montgomery, Labette, and Cherokee.
